1. About Cliniform

Cliniform Medical Clinic is a licensed medical aesthetic clinic based in Tabaris Center 1063, 5th floor, Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon. The clinic is regulated under Lebanese health legislation and its clinicians are licensed members of the Lebanese Order of Physicians and, where relevant, other recognised medical or paramedical regulatory bodies.

2. Nature of the Website

The Website is provided for informational purposesonly. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for a professional medical consultation. Browsing the Website does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and any clinician. A clinical relationship is established only after an in-person or formally arranged remote consultation, subject to written intake, consent, and the applicable professional rules.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on the Website — including descriptions of treatments, articles, before-and-after galleries, and frequently asked questions — is general information and must not be used to make medical decisions without consulting a qualified clinician. Individual outcomes vary and are subject to clinical assessment, your medical history, and compliance with treatment protocols.

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

We do not misattribute results: photographs attributed to Cliniform depict patients treated at our clinic. 8. Bookings and Clinical Services

Requesting an appointment through the Website, by phone, WhatsApp, or other channels does not in itself create a binding contract for treatment. Terms relating to clinical services — including consent, fees, cancellation, follow-up, and medical responsibility — are governed by the separate intake and consent documents that you will review and sign before treatment, and by the applicable provisions of Lebanese law and the rules of professional conduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the Website.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent Lebanese court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of Lebanese law that may apply.
